We want you to be completely satisfied with MovingSync. Here is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unhappy with your monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first month of service. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle, but your cancellation will prevent future charges.

2. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the year.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at hello@movingsync.com with your account details.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
